This snow bucket came to the shop in pretty rough shape.  We took and removed the old cutting edge and cut back the bucket lip to a nice thick weldable location.  From there I fabricated and fit the new lip and test fit the cutting edge.  Tacked and welded it out and used gussets to reinforce some heavy wear areas.
